Born in Toledo, Ohio in 1951 James E. Morgan attended Rogers High School before graduating with college honors from the University of Toledo Law School with a Juris Doctorate in 1976. Mr. Morgan served 26 years in the National Guard and retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

James Morgan has devoted himself to the public both as a public defender and private practitioner of law and is now helping clients throughout Ohio navigate the complexities of foreclosures.
